Benevo – the first ‘homes store’ in Romania

Alpha Bank offers preferential products for its customers, and Mobexpert, Lemon or Franke offer discounts on their products.

Benevo, the Homes Store - announced yesterday the launch on the Romanian market of the first ‘homes store', a new real estate concept that makes available apartments in new residential complexes and all the services needed as part of the process of buying a home. The innovation brought by Benevo, the Homes Store consists in including, along with a wide range of apartments, the services needed in each stage, from choosing and purchasing a new home to moving into it. Among them, picking the apartment, verifying the budget, counseling for drafting the loan documentation, its approval, financing solution at each of the 18 partner banks or preferential interest rates. Benevo partners include Creditzone, Colliers, Vesta Group, Euro Ministorage, as well as Lemon, Mobexpert, Franke which give discounts on the products offered.

The Benevo showroom in America Hous presents the whole offer of Benevo properties, a portfolio of over 900 apartments in 13 of the best residential projects in Bucharest in such areas as Pipera, Marasesti, Grozavesti-Semanatoarea, Colentina and Prelungirea Ghencea, and one in Brasov.

‘Despite the real estate market slowing down its pace of growth, we pin our hopes on the long-term development and the basic need for housing and top quality associated services,' the benevo CEO, Michael Topolinski told a press conference yesterday.

In the upcoming future, the company will expand its portfolio with new residential projects, continuing it investments in developing the Benevo concept and continued improvement of services made available to customers.
