Golden Tulip adds new hotel in Transylvania to its portfolio

Lausanne (CH), 16 October 2008 - Golden Tulip Hospitality Group is proud to announce the signing of a new franchise agreement in Romania. The newly built Golden Tulip Ana Tower, located in Sibiu, is one the cities major attractions.
Golden Tulip Ana Tower is one of the most spectacular buildings in Sibiu and offers 81 generous rooms, with modern designs and amenities. In the 120-seats restaurant on the top floor guests can enjoy a wonderful panorama over the city. Two hi-tech conference rooms will be available, each with a capacity up to 120 people. The hotel was finalized in September 2008. Present at the opening ceremony, the Mayor of Sibiu, Mr. Klaus Johannis, said that he and the local council happily welcome Golden Tulip to complete the competition and offer the growing number of foreign guests in Sibiu a higher level of services. With the addition of Golden Tulip Ana Tower, Golden Tulip Hospitality Group's portfolio increases to an amount if eight properties in Romania and 785 worldwide.Hans Kennedie, President & C.E.O. of Golden Tulip Hospitality Group comments: "We are proud to add Golden Tulip Ana Tower to our portfolio.
