Outflows totaled 3.105 bln euros, representing changes in the minimum foreign currency reserves established by credit institutions, interbank operations, payments of installments and interests due for the foreign direct public state-secured debt.
As the country's forex reserves are made up of euro-, US dollar- and other foreign currency denominated assets, the major changes in the international exchange rates of these currencies have impacted both inflows and outflows.
