Romanian spa market by 50 pc up, lately

The Romanian spa market has grown by 50 percent lately, say sources of Mondospa consultancy company that organizes the second SPA Business Conference & Exhibition, over Nov 11-12, 2008, when it will be presented the latest trends in the world spa industry and the development of the Romanian spa market.

A first in Romania, the event in 2008 will host both an exhibition fully devoted to this market and a spa management training, the first of this kind in Romania.

Romania's Spa market grew by 50 percent during the latest year. It is indeed a dynamic market and it is to witness an important development in the years ahead, but it is an environment lacking regulations, associations and sometimes education in the field,' MondoSPA general manager Liliana Paraipan said.

Spa Business Conference is mainly aimed at the spa investors and managers, such as hotel owner and managers, real estate projects developers, or owners of medical and entertainment centers, beauty saloons, also willing to supply spa services.

The event will also present the trends in the world spa, the Romanian market's development level, the reasons for the explosive surge in the spa market and it is to provide efficient management instruments to the operational spa centers.

MondoSpa is specialized in all spa industry fields, starting from own investments and spa centers to consultancy services offering key solutions to the clients.
