Primaverii-Dorobanti, favourite area for renting luxury homes

Primaverii-Dorobanti area ranks first, being the favourite of the foreign businessmen and ambassadors for its gorgeous old houses. It also hosts diplomatic residences and apartments in villas of maximum four floors.

According to a Regatta release, renting prices for the houses in the area stand at 4,000-10,000 euros a month and for apartments at 2,000-6,000 euro per month.

Coming second is Herastrau area, preferred by active people, directly related to the business environment in the area. The rent ranges between 2,000-6,000 euro per month for apartment.

Floreasca area is on the third place, followed by Baneasa-Iancu Nicolae.
