Two new industrial parks to be set up for relocation of corporate businesses

Two new industrial projects for Romanian and foreign companies wishing to relocate their businesses in a highly developed area in terms of storage and production spaces will be developed in the eastern part of the capital.
GLS Industrial Park is to be built on national road DN3 close to the Sun Highway, exit at Fundulea village in Constanta County. The land surface is of 13,650 square meters, opening to DN3.
One of the advantages an industrial park offers is the possible equal distribution of infrastructure and utility costs for the entire surface of the park, the outsourcing possibility to a company specialized in management services, including exterior lighting, snow removal, premises security, furnishing and maintenance of common spaces etc. The complex is to be completed in Q4 of 2009.
GLS Logistic Park is also located in eastern Bucharest, with the surface of 80,000 square meters on a 135,000-square meter land. The development of GLS Logistic Park requires 28 - 30 million euros.The Euroest real estate agency, one of the most important players on the real estate market will see to the promoting of these two projects to Romanian and foreign investors. Despite the global financial crisis, the industrial development segment is currently undergoing a fast development, being one of the most dynamic sectors on the Romanian real estate market.
