Bucharest's real estate market, far from being blocked
AGERPRES - Romanian News Agency - 7 Ianuarie 2009
MagazinulDeCase.ro , a service that intermediates direct real estate transaction, succeeded over November 24th-December 24th to prove that Bucharest's real estate market is not blocked, as eight flats worth 1.1 million euro were sold in this period, reads a release.
'We have proved that when you have a good offer, there are customers for it . Under these circumstances, we have sold double as compared to the market, proving that the so-called real estate crisis does not necessarily involves a complete blockage of transactions, but a period of waiting for customers with liquidities, at the same time with fewer crediting possibilities,' general manager of MagazinulDeCase.ro Matei Malos said.
MagazinulDeCase.ro is the fist Romanian online service promoting offers that come directly from owners, based on fixed fee, without commission. The offers directly introduced by owners on the website and the partner websites enjoy maximum visibility on the Internet.
Opened in October 2006, MagazinulDeCase.ro has so far intermediated 1,904 real estate transactions, of which the most famous one is that of a 3.5 million euro villa owned by businessman Cristian Tantareanu. He has thus saved 210,000 euro, the commission usually charged by real estate agencies.
The transactions made through MagazinulDeCase.ro account for 327,496,992 euro, with a commission of 19,649,820 euro.
