Elena Iacob has recently joined the consultancy team of Zamfirescu Racoži Predoiu Law Partnership.

Elena will provide legal assistance in the following areas: Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and Real Estate. Elena has been practising law for 11 years, specialising in the financial-banking and competition fields, and, until recently, she occupied the position of manager of the legal division of Bancpost S.A. Elena graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 1996 and the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, in 2003, and completed other courses of specialization in business law, banking and finance and competition law in Bucharest, Bruges and Brussels. She fluently speaks English and French.
