Zamfirescu Racoşi Predoiu Law Partnership has the pleasure of announcing the cooptation, starting with the 1st of January 2007, of three new partners, out of the senior lawyers.

Thus, Anca Danilescu, Cosmin Vasile and Lucian Danilescu joined the four founding senior partners of the company: Cãlin Zamfirescu, Ioana Racoşi, Cãtãlin Predoiu and Stan Tîrnoveanu. Anca Danilescu has developed a significant practice in project finance, commercial corporate, as well as in mergers and acquisitions areas. Along her activity, Anca Danilescu has been involved in intricate transactions ranging from cross border financing operations to major corporate restructuring projects, within which she rendered advise to many important clients, including international and Romanian companies acting in various fields, as aviation, marine transport, telecommunication oil industry, banking operations, etc. Cosmin Vasile specializes in solving a wide variety of litigation and commercial disputes, internal and international arbitration and has a broad experience in civil and commercial law, arbitration and dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration, mediation), intellectual property, public acquisitions, debts recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy. His activity also focuses on granting legal assistance and representing many top clients, in different industry fields, in front of the courts of justice, as well as in front of the Arbitration Court, in complex local or international cases. Lucian Danilescu has a wide-ranging transactional practice, mainly specializing in mergers and acquisitions, in privatizations (in the energetic field, in maritime and oil industry and in natural gas sector), in telecommunication, antitrust and competition. Along his activity, Lucian Danilescu has been actively involved in the coordination of some assistance services regarding complex commercial operations, granting legal assistance to a significant number of clients in various industry fields, as well to some governmental institutions and agencies. Zamfirescu Racoşi Predoiu was founded in 2005 by merger of two law firms, Cãlin Zamfirescu ºi Asociaşii and Racoşi - Predoiu. By merger, these two firms created ZRP and they are active on the law market since 1995, firstly standing out as experts in arbitration, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions. Subsequently, they enlarged their practice in banking law, financing, capital market, competition, energy, natural resources, insolvency, aviation and telecommunication.
