New Tax Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania

Brian Arnold is a new Tax Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Romania. Coming from PwC Moscow where he held a similar role until September 2009, he will lead the Financial Services and Real Estate teams in the PwC Romania Tax and Legal Services practice.
Brian Arnold originally joined the international tax services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers New York office in 1992. His extensive experience in several countries includes structuring domestic and cross-border transactions to ensure tax efficiency while managing cash flows and tax risks. He also brings to PwC a valuable industry background in the investment banking sector, focusing on structured finance, funds structuring and M&A. His qualifications include a Masters in Professional Accounting (Tax) from the University of Texas at Austin (USA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint Michael's College (Vermont, USA), and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
